Since 1968, the Danish lamas, Hannah and Ole Nydahl, have made it their life’s work to spread the message of Tibetan Buddhism to the rest of the world. They belong to the Karma Kagyu school within the Diamond Way of Tibetan Buddhism, and there are now over 600 Buddhist centers worldwide.

The DVD shows what life is like for a Buddhist in a busy, modern, Western world and explains why Buddhism has such strong appeal for contemporary people today. In the second section of the film, Lama Ole Nydahl shares the truths of Buddhism with both humor and insight. Finally, the DVD concludes with a rare interview with the 17th Karmapa.
